🌮 Meximodo Coming to Marlboro

Meximodo Cocina Mexicana & Tequila Bar, a modern Mexican restaurant known for holding a Guinness World Record for its extensive collection of over 1,000 agave spirits, is set to open its third location in Marlboro in the fall of 2026. Owned by Le Malt Hospitality Group, the new 10,000-square-foot restaurant will be located at 133 South Main Street, in the space of the former Fireside Grill & Bar. The menu will feature a mix of traditional and contemporary Mexican dishes, including various types of guacamole, tacos, and platters, as well as unique offerings like scallop ceviche and a truffle-infused take on street corn. The design will maintain the bright, colorful, and floral aesthetic of its sister locations in Metuchen and Jersey City, with subtle unique elements for the Marlboro spot.
