It's Here: Pique's New Caffeine-Free Afternoon Energy

I quit my afternoon coffee. Not because I wanted to — because I found something better.

You know that wall you hit every day around 2–3 PM? I used to just accept it as the cost of doing anything. Another coffee, a quick spike, then the crash — and somehow I'd still feel dehydrated by dinner.

Then I tried X·E Fountain, Pique's brand-new electrolyte energy drink, and I genuinely wasn't ready for how good "no crash" could feel.

No caffeine jitters. No 4 PM slump. Just clean, steady energy that actually hydrates me instead of draining me. It's built with a premium Vitamin B Complex for natural cellular energy, Magnesium Malate + Taurate for real focus, and a full electrolyte blend that makes it feel like a treat, not a chore.

The cucumber-celery-lime flavor is so crisp and refreshing — it's basically stolen my afternoon coffee slot completely.

Good morning Monmouth County! And Happy Labor Day Weekend! United we bargain, divided we beg.

Let’s Gooo!!

🚢 Seastreak Expands Service

Monmouth County ferry commuters heading into New York City will see significantly enhanced routes and new rider perks starting September 8, as Seastreak rolls out expanded schedules from its Atlantic Highlands and Highlands terminals. Responding to customer survey feedback, the carrier is adding direct Lower Manhattan service to Brookfield Place—featuring two morning arrivals and two afternoon return departures—alongside up to 19 daily weekday options. The schedule update broadens evening and weekend flexibility with weeknight trips out of East 35th Street and the Battery Maritime Building now running Monday through Friday, additional late-night Thursday and Friday runs, and later weekend service. Alongside timetable additions, riders can take advantage of family-friendly $2 one-way fares for children 12 and under, with complimentary valet parking service scheduled to launch at both Monmouth County terminals in late September.

🛝 Slick City Action Park

Monmouth County officially welcomed the state’s first dry-slide amusement experience with the grand opening of Slick City Action Park on Woodward Road in Manalapan. Owned and operated by local residents Andrew and Stacy Katz, the converted indoor venue features 14 towering, high-speed indoor dry slides reaching up to 24 feet high—such as the gravity-defying Mega Launch, Hyper Loop, and Big Wave half-pipe—all engineered for fast-paced, waterless sliding. Beyond the slide towers, the multi-attraction destination caters to all age groups with springy air courts for bounce basketball, web crawl obstacle courses, a dedicated Junior Jungle zone for toddlers, and an arcade. Visitors can learn more about timed admission blocks, birthday party bookings, and required grip socks directly at slickcity.com/nj-manalapan.
