💵 LIDO Asbury Park Condo Sells for $7.6 Million

It seems like you can’t go a full day without the staggering cost of real estate in Monmouth County coming up in conversation. Well, throw another log on the fire pit. In Asbury Park’s 20 year quest to get swankier and swankier, it just outdid itself with a record condo sale. LIDO Asbury Park, an in-progress eight story luxury condo building on Ocean Ave. reportedly just sold a 3,600 square foot penthouse for $7.6 million. The four bed, three full bath residence also boasts an additional 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space complete with plunge pool and outdoor kitchen. LIDO is slated for completion in 2027 and is offering 112 residences ranging from just under 1,000 square feet to penthouse size with over 50,000 square feet in shared resort-style amenity space. It better have a helipad or we’re not interested!

🐟️ The Reef Club Is So Close!!

We’re told the grand opening of The Reef Club in Allenhurst is about two weeks out. Executive Chef and co-owner Brad Rodriguez of Spring Lake Seafood fame is about to unveil his newest project and it looks to be insane. The selection of local seafood, meat cuts, and cocktail creations are getting that top shelf time and attention. We know the final product is going to be amazing. We’re ready Chef, and we’re starving! Let’s go!!!

🍔 Burger Bro’s and Cheessteaks

If you find yourself in the mood for some beef this week, we’re recommending two new spots. Check out Burger Bro’s in Marlboro and Cheessteaks in Belmar. Burger Bro’s is serving up a whole menu of high quality burgers made with Pat LaFrieda beef. Try The Number One burger which is like a Big Mac but made with the highest quality ingredients.

And Cheessteaks recently opened their second location in Belmar (original in Merchantville, NJ) serving some real deal Philly style cheesesteaks complete with premium ribeye served on fresh-baked Italian seed rolls . Both spots are getting great Buzz!!

We discovered Ripe last year and we’re pretty into them. So we bought tickets to their Wednesday show at Asbury Lanes as soon as they went on sale. Originally from Boston but now based in Los Angeles, they’re called a lot of things; alt-pop, neo-soul, “half jam band, half R&B groove machine.” Whatever you want to call them, we’re big fans. Tickets are still available. See you there!
