ChinescaNJ-Bringing La Esquina to Monmouth County

We got exclusive info on an exciting food event this weekend and we’re really excited about it! ChinescaNJ is hosting a Mexican Chinese Fusion Pop-Up at Source Brewing in Colts Neck. Chinesca is the brain child of hospitality veteran Jeff Marcus partnered with Chef Braulio Hernandez of Esquina Bao Buns (Brooklyn). The food is inspired by “La Esquina” or the “Chinatown” of the Mexicali region in Mexico. Marcus and Hernandez will be testing this exciting concept at Monmouth County breweries before opening a brick and mortar location. The pop-up menu will include dishes like Duck Carnitas, Crunchy Spicy Tuna, Birria Soup Dumplings, Crispy Rice Shiitake Teriyaki, and more! Pair this amazing menu with Source Beers and this is an event we’re not missing!
