🚛 Spring Surplus Property Auction

The Monmouth County 2026 Spring Surplus Property Auction is officially set to begin this Saturday, April 18, offering residents a unique opportunity to bid on a diverse array of county-owned equipment. The auction, which will be conducted entirely online through USGovBid.com, includes everything from passenger vehicles and heavy machinery to miscellaneous office equipment and tools. Bidding remains open until Tuesday evening, April 21, but those interested in a firsthand look can visit the Public Works Complex on Center Street in Freehold for public inspection days on April 20 and 21.

Beyond providing great deals for local buyers, the surplus auction serves as a vital financial tool for the region, having generated over $5.1 million in revenue since its digital inception. Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone highlighted that these funds are funneled back into the county budget to provide direct tax relief for Monmouth County residents. By repurposing these assets, the county not only promotes sustainability through the circular economy but also ensures that taxpayer-funded equipment continues to provide value even after its official service ends.

A Teaspoon On An Empty Stomach May Remove 12Lbs Of Fat Per Week

Taken on an empty stomach, this small teaspoon habit is getting attention for how it may influence appetite signals before the first meal of the day. The idea is simple: trigger fullness sooner, reduce cravings later, and help the body use stored fat for energy instead of storing more around the waist.

Held at the Pollak Theatre, the star-studded event will celebrate the massive contributions of Dionne Warwick, Patti Smith, Dr. Dre, The Doors, and The E Street Band, with a special posthumous tribute dedicated to The Band.
