CHINESCA MEXICAN CHINESE FUSION POP-UP

We told you about Chinesca’s first pop-up a few weeks ago at Source Brewing. It was our first experience with Mexican Chinese fusion and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the beers, also excellent. Their plan is to do more pop-ups at various Monmouth County breweries before committing to a brick and mortar location so we’ll have plenty more opportunities to sample their fare.

If you didn’t make it to Source Brewing for round one, Chinesca’s menu is a really fun Mexican Chinese fusion that Monmouth County really doesn’t have (at least not that we’re aware of). And they’re not serving far out dishes that only foodies can appreciate. Expect to see bao buns with duck carnitas, friend chicken, and crunchy spicy tuna as well as dimsum like birria soup dumplings, chicken spring roll flautas, crispy rice shiitake teriyaki, and more! This weekend is extra special because they’re giving us an excuse to check out the newly opened Skinny Flowers Brewing in Oceanport.
