Why This Collagen Works Faster Than the Rest 🧜♀️✨
For decades, beauty has focused on quick fixes: what you put on your skin. But the most radiant glow, strongest hair, and healthiest aging begin from within.
Introducing Pique's Carrara Marine Collagen, a true breakthrough in beauty. This first-of-its-kind formula combines Type I marine collagen for visible radiance with rare Type II collagen from wild Hokkaido salmon to support deeper structural resilience. Enhanced with biotin and micronized pearl powder, Carrara helps promote smoother, more luminous skin, stronger hair and nails, and whole-body vitality.
Designed for superior absorption, you'll see results faster than with traditional collagen. Its rich coconut cream base transforms your daily routine into something indulgent. More ritual than supplement, it elevates even your morning coffee or matcha.
This is collagen, completely reimagined. Not just glow but structure. Not just results but longevity. A new foundation for beauty, built from within. 🧜♀️✨

📚 Vocational School Achieve Top SAT Scores
Monmouth County Vocational School District (MCVSD) schools have once again asserted their dominance in the classroom, securing an impressive five spots among the top 20 public high schools statewide for the highest average SAT scores. Leading the pack for the district is High Technology High School in Lincroft, which claimed the number two spot in New Jersey with a phenomenal average combined score of 1,512. Not far behind, Biotechnology High School in Freehold secured fourth place statewide with a combined average of 1,474. The exceptional performance across these specialized academies highlights the district's rigorous academic environment and its consistent ability to prepare students for top-tier higher education.
The remarkable achievement extends across the district's diverse career academies, proving that its specialized approach to education yields elite results across multiple disciplines. The Academy of Allied Health and Science in Neptune ranked seventh in the state with an average score of 1,398, while the Marine Academy of Science and Technology (MAST) on Sandy Hook locked in 15th place with a 1,329 average. Rounding out Monmouth County's dominant showing, Communications High School in Wall Township claimed the 19th spot with a combined score of 1,312. District Superintendent Charles R. Ford Jr., Ed.D., praised the results, noting that having one-quarter of the state's top-performing SAT schools is a powerful testament to the unwavering commitment of MCVSD students and the high level of instruction provided by its educators.

🏄♀ Brielle’s Caroline Duerr on Cover of NJ Monthly
Brielle native Caroline Duerr has taken center stage as the cover star of New Jersey Monthly's June 2026 Shore issue, celebrating her deep roots and inspiring impact on the local surfing community. Raised in a legendary surfing family near the tight-knit breaks of Manasquan Beach, the 31-year-old was introduced to the waves at a young age by her father, East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame inductee Scott Duerr. Today, Caroline beautifully balances her life between the classroom—teaching English at the New School of Monmouth County—and the ocean, where she coaches advanced young female athletes at the Pink Pineapple surf camp in Manasquan. Photographed gracefully riding the waves at Manasquan by renowned local photographer Ann Coen, Caroline uses her platform to serve as a powerful role model for the next generation of Jersey Shore surfers and skateboarders.

🍔 FOOD & 🍹 DRINK
🍑 Oh My Peaches!
Remember that series of severe, late-season freezes we experienced? Well, they devastated New Jersey’s agricultural sector, inflicting an estimated $300 million in crop damages. Unseasonably warm spring weather caused perennial crops to bloom weeks ahead of schedule, leaving them highly vulnerable when temperatures suddenly plummeted into the 20s. The catastrophic cold snap obliterated early-stage buds, with some regions reporting a total loss of peach crops and up to 90% damage to apples, blueberries, and wine grapes. To combat the freezing temperatures, desperate farmers deployed emergency mitigation tactics, including specialized orchard candles, mobile hot-air heaters, and water-spraying techniques designed to insulate delicate blossoms.
In response to the widespread agricultural ruin, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has officially declared a federal disaster, unlocking low-interest emergency loans to help impacted family farms survive the financial blow. State officials have also eased temporary regulations to support local growers facing historically low yields. While the federal aid provides a critical lifeline for producers, consumers across the region should prepare for significantly higher prices and lower availability of local fruits at grocery stores and farm stands this season.

🎭 THEATER, CINEMA & COMEDY
🎭 We’ll Meet Again at Bell Theater
The Axelrod Performing Arts Center is set to present the first professional production of We'll Meet Again, a deeply moving new American musical running for 12 performances from June 18th through June 28th, 2026, at the Bell Theater. Directed by Broadway’s Daniel Kutner and written by James R. Harris, the patriotic and life-affirming production is inspired by the remarkable true story of Heinz "Henry" Stern, a five-year-old Jewish boy who narrowly escaped Nazi Germany with his family on one of the final sanctioned ships in 1937. After arriving in the rural town of Opelika, Alabama, with little more than courage, the Stern family was embraced with open arms by the local community—including a mayor who issued a welcome proclamation and a schoolteacher who learned German just to communicate with young Henry. Starring five-decade Broadway veteran Herndon Lackey alongside a stellar principal cast, this powerful testament to human kindness features a rich, nostalgic soundtrack of traditional Jewish melodies interwoven with timeless 1940s American classics like "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" and "I'll Be Seeing You," offering local audiences an unforgettable theatrical experience centered on faith, resilience, and the enduring beauty of the American spirit.
